PointsBet Debuts Live Dealer Online Casino Action In Michigan

Known in the sports betting space for 'points betting' feature, PB adds to its MI casino offerings

Through its partnership with with Evolution, would-be online casino gamblers in Michigan can now play their games with a live dealer on PointsBet Sportsbook Michigan.

PointsBet customers can play blackjack, infinite blackjack, European roulette, auto roulette, and baccarat with a live dealer as of Thursday.

“Online casino products have seen a rapid growth in the U.S. and the team at PointsBet is responsive to our users and eager to bring our customers the experience and games they are looking for,” Aaron O’Sullivan, PointsBet’s vice president of online casino revenue, said in a press release. “We are helping our users ‘live your bet life’ with the feel of an authentic casino delivered on a user-friendly and approachable platform.”

The “Live Your Bet Life” campaign highlights PointsBet’s technology, its in-game sports betting play, and its innovation in the field of sports betting. 

What is live dealer?

Evolution is a leader in the live gaming field, with livestreams emanating from broadcast studios in the jurisdictions it serves. The dealers are professional and the action comes to users in real time.

PointsBet began its casino operations in Michigan in May of this year.

“Since the launch of our iGaming platform, we have been working to diversify and expand the casino content we offer to players,” Manjit Gombra Singh, PointsBet president of product and technology, said in the release. “Our live gaming options in Michigan offer top-tier choices for our players and will serve as a template as iGaming expands in other jurisdictions in the U.S. and Canada.”

PointsBet is partnered in Michigan with the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, and the company has also partnered with the Detroit Red Wings and their venue, Little Caesars Arena, home of the PointsBet Sports Bar. The company also has a partnership with the Detroit Pistons.
